We want you to be happy with every purchase. Because our products are delivered as digital files, please read the terms below before buying.
Summary: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the product doesn't match its description, the file is corrupted or missing, or you were charged in error.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date if any of the following apply:
- The download link did not work and support could not resolve it
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from its listing description
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- You were charged for a product you did not intend to buy
2. When Refunds Are Not Available
- You simply changed your mind after successfully downloading and using the file
- The request is made more than 7 days after purchase
- The product was used in a way that violates our Terms of Service
3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at the address below with your order ID (shown on your payment confirmation page) and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 1â2 business days.
4. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original PayPal or card payment method, and may take 3â10 business days to appear depending on your bank or PayPal.
